Mental height, what the hell is that?

Calle teaches us that Saldo , and thanks to this, we develop faster as a company and each employee is given the tools to achieve their full potential.

In addition to his teaching degree, he has been captain of the GAIS football team for several years and he is also a very confident and positive guy. He is a master at making others listen and explaining in an educational way how each person can develop by setting goals and thinking right. No wonder everyone is super happy and super excited for the meetings they have with Calle. Saldo Grows mentally and it's amazing to see each person rise a little more. Personal development in its most beautiful form and we love it.

With very simple and clear tricks, Calle instils a self-image in each employee that makes backs stretch, heads rise and conversations with customers become more frequent and more substantive. But the biggest and absolutely coolest thing about all this is that each individual takes it a step further. That development beats everything else, seeing each person move forward makes us shake with happiness and makes us feel enormous gratitude that we took this step with Calle.

There is no money in the world that can replace the joy we feel for each and every person who gets the chance to make this development journey. And the fact that better consultants will probably make us happier and happier clients, which in the long run will increase turnover because more people will want to hire us, that's a bonus.  

As I said, it is the person, the person, who makes it all worthwhile. Seeing everyone take steps forward in their own personal development makes us feel so incredibly proud. That's what it's all about, shit business success, more money in the bag, more efficient work, it comes automatically, but the essence of running a business, building a business, developing a business is exactly this.
